Mr. Pierre-Andre de Chalendar has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company from 2010 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company in 2005. Earlier, Mr. Chalendar worked as the Senior Vice President for Building Distribution Sector of the company and General Delegate for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland from 2000 to 2002. He served as the President of the Abrasives business worldwide of the company from 1996 to 2000 and the Vice President of the Abrasives Business in Europe of the company from 1992 to 1996. Mr. Chalendar served as the Vice President of Corporate Planning of the company. Presently, he also serves as a Director of BNP Paribas, Veolia and Bpifrance.

Mr. Benoit Bazin has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company in 2019. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at CertainTeed Corp in 2017. Mr. Benoit served as the Senior Vice President of the company in 2010. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Compagnie de Saint-Gobain in 2015.

Mr. Sreedhar has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the High-Performance Materials Sector at Saint-Gobain in 2015. He served as the Vice President of Abrasives India and General Manager of the Coated Abrasives Business of the company in 2008. Mr. Sreedhar served as the Finance Director, West Europe, of the Construction Products Sector in 2006. Previously, he served as the Internal Audit and Group Finance Controlling Saint-Gobain in 2003.

Mr. Mark Rayfield has been the Chief Executive Officer-North America Region, and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of North American Region at CertainTeed Corp in 2019. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at CertainTeed Corp in 2017.

Ms. Ursula Soritsch-Renier has been the Chief Digital and Information Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer and Digital Leader at Nokia from 2018 to 2020. She joined with Sulzer-Switzerland as the Chief Information Officer and Group Digital Leader IT in 2013. Ms. Ursula joined Novartis as the Global Head IT Strategy, PMO and Architecture in 2009. She began her career at Philips in 1995.
