Mr. Gilles Schnepp has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Currently, he serves as the Director of Socotec and Chairman of GS Conseils (SAS). Prior to this, he held various senior level management roles at Legrand including Chairman from 2018 to 2020, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2018, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2004, Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Antoine de Saint-Affrique has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Barry Callebaut from 2015 to 2021. Mr. Saint-Affrique served as the President of Unilever Foods. He also served as an Executive Vice President of Unilever’s Skin category and an Executive Vice President for Unilever’s Central and Eastern Europe region. He also worked as the Senior Vice-President of Sauces and Condiments at Unilever Europe; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Unilever Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia. Earlier, he was the Marketing Vice President and a Partner at Amora Maille.

Mr. Vikram Agarwal has been the Chief Operating Officer of Cycles & Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of the Africa Supply Chain at Unilever. Previously, he served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Avon Products.

Mr. Roberto Di Bernardin has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Human Resource Officer and Chief Talent Officer at Banco Santander from 2016 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Bernardin held various FMCG Human Resource leadership positions including Vice President of Pharma business in EMEA at Johnson & Johnson from 2007 to 2016; and Vice President at Colgate Palmolive from 2000 to 2007.

Mr. Juergen Esser has been the Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Finance, Technology and Data at the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial, Technology and Data Officer of the company from November 2020 to February 2023. Prior to this, he held various finance and strategy positions of the company including Director of Corporate International Treasury, Director of Business Development for the Dairy Division, and Director of Finance for Waters WBU. Mr. Esser also served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for worldwide Water Division.
