Mr. Louis Hagen has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Management Board at Munchener Hypothekenbank eG. Previously, he served as the Member of the Board of Directors and President at Verband deutscher Pfandbriefbanken (vdp) e.V., Berlin. He also served as the Member of the Management Board at Munchener Hypothekenbank eG, Munich. He also served as the Chairman at European Covered Bond Council (ECBC), Brussels. Before that he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Verband deutscher Hypothekenbanken, Berlin.

Mr. Hanns-Peter Storr has been the Deputy Chairman of the group since 2021. He served as the Chief Risk Officer Private and Commercial Clients at Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, Member of the Management Board, Chief Risk Officer at Deutsche Bank Privat- und Firmenkunden AG, and Deutsche Postbank AG, Member of the Management Board – Global Head of Credit for Private & Business Clients and for Private Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank Privat- und Geschäftskunden AG.

Mr. Kay Wolf has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Risk Officer for the Private Bank division at Deutsche Bank. He worked at one of Pbb’s preceding companies, as Chief Information Officer from 2006 to 2010. Mr. Wolf held various positions at Postbank as Chief Credit Officer, and Member of the Board, and Chief Risk Officer at Deutsche Bank Privat- und Firmenkundenbank AG.

Mr. Marcus Schulte has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior General Manager of the company.

Mr. Andreas Schenk has been the Chief Risk Officer of the group since 2014. Prior to this, he served as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer of Hypo Real Estate Holding AG from 2014 to 2015. Previously, Mr. Schenk held various positions at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, including Executive Vice President, Head of Credit Risk Management REF & PIF (Chief Credit Officer), Head of Strategic CRO Projects and Head of Treasury. Earlier, he worked for Hypo Real Estate Capital Corp. from 2006 to 2009 and Hypo Real Estate Bank International AG from 1998 to 2006.
