Mr. David A. Brandon has been the Chairman of the company since 1999. Prior to this, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Toys “R” Us, Inc from July 2015 to December 2018. He also served as Special Advisor at Domino’s from March 2010 to January 2011 and as its Chief Executive Officer from March 1999 to March 2010. Mr. Brandon served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Valassis, Inc. from 1989 to 1998 and its Chairman from 1997 to 1998. Previously, he served as Director of Burger King Corporation, Kaydon Corporation, Northwest Airlines and the TJX Companies, Inc.

Mr. Russell J. Weiner has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the Domino’s U.S. between July 2020 and April 2022. He served as the President of Domino's USA from October 2014 to July 2018. He joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in 2008. Previously, he served in various marketing positions at PepsiCo including as Vice President of Marketing, Colas for Pepsi-Cola North America.

Mr. Sandeep Reddy has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Six Flags Entertainment Corp from July 2020 to March 2022. He served in various senior positions at GUESS? Inc including as the Chief Financial Officer from July 2013 to December 2019, and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Europe from 2010 to 2013. Previously, he served in various positions at Mattel Inc from 1997 to 2010.

Ms. Jessica L. Parrish has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the company since March 2023. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company from June 2020 to March 2021.

Mr. Kelly E. Garcia has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since October 2020. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for eCommerce and tech innovation at the company. He joined Domino's in 2012 as a Vice President of eCommerce Development. He also served as Vice President of Business Intelligence and North American Operations for R.L. Polk & Co. Previously, he served as Manager of Consulting services in technology and supply chain sectors at Capgemini.
