Mr. Niels Smedegaard has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Molslinjen A/S, Bikubenfonden and Abacus Medicine A/S. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Falck A/S; member of the Board of Directors of DSV Panalpina A/S; member of the Board of Directors of TT Club Mutual Insurance Limited, UK P&I Club, Frederiksbergfonden. Mr. Smedegaard is is also an industrial advisor to EQT. He has previously served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of DFDS A/S and held various executive roles within Gate Gourmet Group. He has also held various leadership roles at Swissair Group and the SAS Group (Denmark).

Mr. Lars Petersson has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since April 2022. He also serves as Group President & Chief Executive Officer of Hempel A/S and a Director of Dovista A/S. Prior to this, he was an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hempel A/S.

Ms. Corinna Refsgaard has been the Chief People and Culture Officer and Director of the company since December 2018. Previously, she served as Regional People and Culture Director Continental Europe / ISS Germany, People & Culture Director of the company. Ms. Refsgaard served as the Chief Human Resources Officer Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH, Head of HR, SVP Continental Europe, Middle East, Africa and India, at Kontron AG.

Mr. Kasper Fangel has been the group Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since December 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head of Group Finance, Regional Chief Financial Officer (Western Europe) and Head of Group Controlling of the company. He has also served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Regional Finance Manager for North America, Ireland and UK, and the Vice President of Finance IFS Division of ISS. He has also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Agostino Renna has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, served as the Vice President of Food, Beverage and Personal Care at Amcor. He also served as the Chief Commercial Officer of GE Industrial Solutions at GE. Before that, he served various senior general management roles at Johnson Controls.
