Mr. David L. Goebel has been the Chairman of the company since June 2020 and its Director since December 2008. Mr. Goebel serves as a Partner and Faculty member at Merryck & Co since May 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Goebel served as an Acting President and Chief Executive Officer at Mr. Goodcents Franchise Systems from 2010 to 2014, and a Director of Wingstop Inc. In 2008, he became the founding Principal and President of Santoku. From 2001 to 2007, he worked in various executive positions at Applebee's International, including as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2007. Previously, Mr. Goebel was the President of Summit Management and Chief Operating Officer of Finest Foodservice.

Mr. Darin S. Harris has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of North America for IWG PLC from April 2018 to May 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of CiCi’s Enterprises from August 2013 to January 2018. Mr. Harris also held franchise leadership roles including as Senior Vice President at Arby’s Restaurant Group Inc and Vice President for Franchise and Corporate Development at Captain D’s Seafood Inc. He was also a franchise operator of Qdoba Mexican Grill and Papa John’s Pizza.

Mr. Brian M. Scott has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at ShiftKey. Previously he served as the Chief Financial Officer at AMN Healthcare. Earlier he served at KPMG LLP and was also a Partner at CPA firm.

Mr. Tony Darden has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as President at MOOYAH Burgers Fries and Shakes. Previously, he also served as Chief Operating Officer at Taco Bueno and Sun Holdings. Earlier he served at Metromedia Restaurant Group and Panera Bread.

Mr. Doug Cook has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Interim Chief Technology Officer of the company. He served as Chief Information Officer at Pizza Hut. Previously, he spent about 20 years at Sonic.
