Mr. Peter Agnefjall has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of IKEA Group from 2013 to 2017. He also held various senior management positions at the company. Mr. Agnefjall serves as a Director of Orkla ASA.

Mr. Frans Muller has been the President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Integration Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2016. Previously, he also served as the Acting Chief Operating Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Delhaize America of the company from October 2016 to January 2018. Mr. Muller served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Delhaize Group. He also held various positions leadership positions at Metro AG for over 15 years, including the Managing Director at Makro, Director at Metro Cash & Carry International, President of Asia Pacific and Russia or Ukraine, and the Chief Executive Officer at Metro Group Buying. Earlier, he worked as a member of Metro AG management from 2006 to 2013, and the Chief Executive Officer of Metro Cash & Carry from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Muller also held various executive and management positions at KLM Cargo in Amsterdam, Vienna, Frankfurt and Singapore. Currently, he serves as the Chairman at Vlerick Business School and Vice Co-Chair to the board of directors and a member of the governance committee of the Consumer Goods Forum.

Ms. Jolanda Poots-Bijl has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2023. She also serves on the board of AkzoNobel and Pon Holdings. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Van Oord.

Mr. Ben Wishart has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Whitbread plc and Morrisons plc. Mr. Wishart held various Senior Information Technology positions at Tesco plc. Currently, he also serves as a Director at PayPoint.

Mr. Jan Ernst de Groot has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he also held various roles at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and TNT Express. Currently, he also serves on the Member of Board of Directors of ADG Dienstengroep.
