Mr. W Alexander Holmes has been the Chairman since 2018 and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company in 2014. Previously, he held various Senior Management Positions at First Data Corporation and Western Union, including Chief Executive Officer, Head of investor relations and Senior Vice President.

Mr. Lawrence Angelilli has been Vice Chairman of the company since September 2022. Prior to this he served as a Chief Financial Officer of the company from January 2016 to 2022. He joined the company in August 2011 as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. He has over 30 years of financial services and treasury experience. Previously, he served as Director, Underwriting for Hudson Advisors/Lone Star Funds. He served as Senior Vice President, Finance at Centex Corporation from 1998 to 2009. He also worked with NationsBank Corporation, Chrysler Financial Corporation and The National Bank of Detroit.

Mr. Brian Johnson has been the Chief Financial Officer since September 2022. Earlier, he served as Head of Corporate Finance and Global Treasurer from 2021 to 2022 and as the Head, Corporate financial planning and analysis and M&A from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director with Commerce Street Capital from 2014 to 2018.

Ms. Anna Greenwald has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since August 2022. Earlier, she served as the Chief Readiness Officer from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Global Head, Go-to-Market from 2015 to 2021. She has been a part of the company since 2011. Prior to this, she held various positions with Boston Scientific and Qumu.

Mr. Christopher H. Russell has been the Chief Accounting Officer since November 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Kraton Corporation between 2015 and November 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Accounting Officer at Prince International Corporation between 2014 and 2015. Earlier, he worked at GE Power and Water between 2011 and 2014.
