Ms. Sari Baldauf has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2020. She served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 2019 to 2020 and a Director from 2018 to 2019. Ms. Baldauf served as the General Manager for Networks Business Group and Executive Vice President of the company from 1998 to 2005. She also held various executive positions at Nokia from 1983 to 1998. She served as a Director of Daimler AG, Daimler Trucks AG, Aalto University, Vexve Armatury Oy, and Demos Helsinki, and a Senior Advisor of DevCo Partners Oy. Ms. Baldauf also served as a Director of Deutsche Telekom AG 2012 to 2018 and Akzo Nobel from 2012 to 2017, and the Chairman of Fortum Oyj from 2011 to 2018

Mr. Pekka Lundmark has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Fortum Corporation from 2015 to 2020, Konecranes Plc, from 2005 to 2015, Executive Vice President of the company from 2004 to 2005. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Hackman Oyj from 2002 to 2004, Managing Partner of Startupfactory from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Lundmark also held several executive positions at Nokia from 1990 to 2000. Earlier, he worked as the Chairman of Confederation of Finnish Industries from 2019 to 2020, Member of the Board, East Office of Finnish Industries from 2009 to 2020, and Chairman of Finnish Energy from 2016 to 2018.

Mr. Marco Wiren has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of Wartsila Energy and Executive Vice President of Wartsila Group from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Wiren also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Wartsila Group from 2013 to 2018, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of SSAB Group from 2008 to 2013, Vice President of Business Control of SSAB Group from 2007 to 2008. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2007, Vice President of Business development from 2004 to 2005, Head of Service Division from 2003 to 2004 and Vice President of Corporate Development from 2002 to 2003 at Eltel Networks. Earlier, he held various positions including Vice President of Strategy & Business Development from 1999 to 2002, Head of Strategic Planning from 1998 to 1999 and Group Controller from 1996 to 1998 at NCC Group. Mr. Wiren also served as the Vice Chair of Neste Corporation from 2019 to 2023.

Mr. Esa Niinimaki has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Legal Officer, Vice President, Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary of the company from 2018 to 2023. Previously, he served as the served as General Counsel of company's global services business group from 2015 to 2018, Head of Corporate Legal of NSN and Head of Finance and Labor Legal from 2013 to 2015 and Senior Legal Counsel of Legal and IP, for the IMEA region from 2012 to 2013. Earlier, Mr. Niinimaki served as the Group Legal Counsel for Metsa Group from 2005 to 2007.

Ms. Amy Hanlon-Rodemich has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People Officer of GlobalLogic from 2019 to 2022, Vice President of Human Resources at Synopsys, Inc from 2017 to 2019. Previously, she served as an Executive Vice President of People Success at Milestone Technologies from 2016 to 2017, Director and Head of Global Human Resources at Yahoo from 2013 to 2016. Earlier, she held several positions including Senior Human Resource Business Partner, Senior Manager, Director of Global Talent Development Operations at VMware from 2004 to 2013. Ms. Rodemich also worked as the Employee Relations Specialist of Technology Credit Union from 2003 to 2004, Manager of Human Resources of CAT Technology from 2000 to 2003 and Manager of Staffing Programs at Inktomi Corporation from 1996 to 2000.
