Mr. Erik B. Nordstrom has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. He was appointed to the board of directors in 2006. Mr. Nordstrom served as the Co-President of the company from 2015 to 2020. Prior to this, he also served as an Executive Vice President and the President of the company from May 2014 to May 2015. Mr. Nordstrom also served as an Executive Vice President and the President, Stores of the company from 2006 to 2014. He was the Executive Vice President, Full-Line Stores at the company from 2000 to 2006. Before that, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Northwest General Manager of the company. From 1995 to 2000, he served as the Co-President of the company. Earlier, he held various other management and sales positions from 1979 to 1995 and served as Co-President from 1995 to 2000.

Mr. Peter E. Nordstrom has been the Chief Brand Officer and President of the company since 2020. He was appointed to the board of directors in 2006. Mr. Nordstrom served as a Co-President of the company from May 2015 to February 2020. He also served as Executive Vice President and President, Merchandizing for the company from February 2006 to May 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Full-Line Stores from 2000 to 2006. Mr. Nordstrom also Executive Vice President and Director of Full-Line Store Merchandise Strategy of the company in 2000. He was Co-President of the company from 1995 to 2000. He held various other management and sales positions at the company from 1978 to 1995.

Ms. Cathy Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Board Of Directors at PPG Industries. Previously, she served as the Board Of Directors at Baxter International Inc. She also served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Bright Health.

Mr. Michael W. Maher has been Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since December 2022. He was appointed as the Chief Accounting Officer in January 2020. He previously also served as the Senior Vice President, Finance at the company from May 2017 to January 2020. Prior to this, he held various leadership finance roles for the company’s Full-Line stores and Full-Price business from 2011 to 2017. Prior to joining Nordstrom, Mr. Maher served as the Vice President, Retail Division Controller for Longs Drug Stores Corp, the Assistant Corporate Controller at 24 Hour Fitness, and as a Manager of Assurance and Advisory Services and a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Ms. Deniz Anders has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this he served as a Vice President of Marketing of the company.
