Mr. Jennifer A. Parmentier has been the Chairman of the company since January 2024 and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as Vice President and President of Motion Systems Group since 2019. She was also the Vice President and President of Engineered Materials Group. Ms. Parmentier has served in various operational leadership positions at Magna Corporation before joining the company.

Mr. Todd M. Leombruno has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Controller of the company from 2017 to 2021. Earlier, Mr. Leombruno also served as the Vice President and the Controller of the Engineered Materials Group; and he also served as a Director in Investor Relations from 2012 to 2014.

Mr. Andrew D. Ross has been the Chief Operating Officer since 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President and President of Fluid Connectors Group and also as Vice President and President of Engineered Materials Group. Previously, he has also served in various managerial roles including, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and General Manager of the Engineered Materials Group and General Manager and Vice President of Operations of the Motion Systems Group.

Mr. Dinu J. Parel has been appointed as the Vice President and Chief Digital and Information Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer from 2018 until 2020. Prior to this, he served at Dover Corp, where he was the company’s first Chief Information Officer from 2016 to 2018. Prior to joining Dover, Mr. Parel served in various responsibilities at Baker Hughes, including Integration Officer - IT, Head of IT - North America Region, Senior Director - Enterprise Application, and Director - Program Management Office.

Mr. Mark T. Czaja has been the Vice President and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of Parker since 2021. Previously, he held various engineering positions in the company. Prior to this, he has served as Vice President of Technology and Innovation of Aerospace Group since 2004. He was also the Vice President of Technology and Innovation, Motion Systems Group since 2019. Mr. Czaja joined Parker as Product Design Engineer in the Control Systems Division in 1985.
