Mr. J.K. Symancyk has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Academy Sports and Outdoors and the President of Meijer. Earlier, he served in several leadership positions at Walmart and Sam’s Club. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of PetSmart Charities and is a member of the Retail Industry Leaders Board of Directors and the L-Brands Board of Directors. He also serves as the Director of Bath & Body Works.

Mr. Alan Schnaid has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance, IT and Strategy of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc. Previously, he served in various finance roles, including Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Starwood. Earlier, he served at several accounting firms. Currently, Mr. Schnaid serves as a Director of CommLoan Inc, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Society.

Mr. David Redfield has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Business Unit President, South Operations of Walmart US from 2012 to 2022.

Ms. Lacey Bundy has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Express, Inc. Previously, she worked as a corporate attorney for Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, and as a consultant and certified public accountant for Ernst & Young in New York City.

Mr. Ercik Goldberg has been the Chief Human Resource Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Talent Acquisition and Associate Relations, and Vice President of Field Human Resources of the company. He also served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the store support group and distribution centers of the company. Earlier, he held Human Resources leadership positions at Management Technology America and Triad Systems Corporation.
