Mr. Richard Goyder has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He serves as the Chairman of Woodside Energy Group Ltd, the Australian Football League Commission, the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, and of the Channel 7 Telethon Trust. Previously, he held various roles at Wesfarmers Ltd including the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Finance Director, Deputy Managing Director and the Chief Finance Officer. He served as the Chairman of the Australian B20.

Ms. Vanessa Hudson has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and a Director of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. She also served as the Chief Customer Officer of the company. Previously, she held various positions including Executive Manager of Sales and Distribution, Senior Vice President for Qantas across the Americas and New Zealand, Executive Manager of Commercial Planning and Executive Manager for Product and Service at the company.

Mr. Rob Marcolina has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Partner with Bain & Company in Los Angeles and Sydney. He joined the company in 2012.

Mr. Andre Walduck has been the Chief Information Officer of the since 2024. Prior to this he served as Chief Operating Officer and EGM Digital and Technology at Latitude Financial Services Previously he served as Head of Shared Technology at Tabcorp.

Ms. Catherine Walsh has been the Chief People Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, she served in leadership roles at PWC, Australia Post, Downer, and Spotless.
