Ms.Tchernavia Rocker has been the Chief People Officer of the company since June 3, 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief People and Transformation Officer at Under Armour. Prior to this, Ms. Rocker held numerous leadership positions in Human Resources at Harley-Davidson, Inc. Earlier, she served in various Human Resources and Operations roles at Goodyear Dunlop Tire North America.

Ms. Keyla Lazardi is the Chief Scientific Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President of R&D of elf Cosmetics. Prior to that, she held various leadership roles at Schiff Nutrition, Reckitt Benckiser and Procter & Gamble.

Mr. Ravi Sankar is the Chief Transformation Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Business Operations, Global FP&A, Corporate Real Estate and Revlon's Shared Services operations in 2018. Prior to that, he served various leadership roles in Middle East, Europe and North America as Finance Director, Division controller at Colgate Palmolive Company.
