Internationally, Rosneft has operations in Egypt, Germany, Iraqi Kurdistan and India. The company markets refined petroleum products through a network of service stations in several regions in Russia, and exports them to various other countries. Its refined petroleum products include diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, fuel oil and petrochemicals, among others. Rosneft is headquartered in Moscow, Russia.
