Mr. Marc Benioff has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2001. He is the Co-Founder of the company. Prior to this, he worked with Oracle Corporation. He also serves as the inaugural Chair of the WEF’s Forum Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in San Francisco and as Chairman of the Salesforce Foundation. Previously, he served as a Director of Cisco Systems from 2012 to 2014.

Mr. Parker Harris has been a Director and the Chief Technology Officer of the company since August 2018. He is the Co-Founder of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Technology at the company from 2004 to 2013. Prior to this, Mr. Harris served as the Vice President at Left Coast Software from 1996 to 1999.

Ms. Amy Weaver has been the President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2021. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Legal Officer of the company from January 2020 to January 2021, President of Legal & Corporate Affairs and General Counsel from 2017 to 2020 at the company. She also served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 2015 to 2017 and Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2013 to 2015 at the company. Earlier, Ms. Weaver served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Univar Inc from 2010 to 2013. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Expedia Inc from July 2005 to December 2010. Currently, she serves as a member of board of directors at McDonald’s Corp.

Mr. Brian Millham has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since August 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Customer Success Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Global Distribution at the company from February 2022 to August 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President of Customer Success Group and Chief Operating Officer of Worldwide Distribution from February 2021 to February 2022 at the company. Mr. Millham also served as the President of Customer Success Group at the company from 2018 to 2021. Earlier, he worked as the Executive Vice President of Americas Commercial, and B-to-C Sales of Global Strategy at the company from 2017 to 2018. He also served in various leadership positions in business development, account management, and sales.

Mr. Sundeep Reddy has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since September 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Reddy held various finance leadership roles at McKesson Corporation from 2013 to 2021. He served as the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 2018 to 2021; as the Senior Vice President, Assistant Controller from 2017 to 2018. He also served as the Senior Vice President of McKesson Technology Solutions Finance and Accounting from March 2017 to June 2017 and as the Vice President, Controller of McKesson Technology Solutions from 2013 to 2017.
