Mr. Najm bin Abdullah Al-Zaid is the Chairman of the company. Previously, he also served several positions including Directors of the Financial Market Authority, Chairman of the Governance and Legal Group of Al Rajhi Bank, and founding partner of Zaid Al-Sheikh and Al Rashid Law and Legal Consulting Company.

Mr. Khaled bin Hamad Al-Gnoon has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of Distribution & Customer Services, from 2021. Mr. Al-Gnoon also serves as Director at Dawiyat, Member of the Executive Committee of the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center and Director of Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones.

Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman AlMuhaiza is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he also served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he also worked as the Vice President of Finance Operations. Mr. AlMuhaiza also worked as the Executive Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance Sector, Director of Investment, and Cash Management Department.

Mr. Manish Manchandya is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Chief Investment Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the company. Prior to this, he served in various senior management positions in the Treasury and Finance department, with most recently as the Executive Director of Treasury. He joined the company in 2008.

Mr. Tahir Mahmoud is the Chief Audit Executive and Senior Vice President of Risk Management and compliance at the company. Previously, he served as the Head of Risk and Compliance for UK Power Networks. Prior to this, he also served as the Director of Finance at Centrica PLC. Mr. Mahmoud also served as the Head of Finance at National Grid PLC. Earlier, he also worked as the Director of Newland School Academy.
