Ms. Virginia C. Drosos has been a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. She was appointed as a director of the company since 2012. She also serves on the board of directors of Foot Locker, Inc since February 2022 and Akron Children’s Hospital since 2019. Previously, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Assurex Health from 2013 to 2017. Prior to this, she worked for 25 years at The Procter & Gamble Company until 2012 and served as the President of Global Beauty Care of P&G. Ms. Drosos also served on the board of directors of American Financial Group Inc. from 2013 to 2021.

Mr. Howard Melnick has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Information Officer of the company from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, he was the Chief Information Officer at Ralph Lauren from 2008 to 2017. Mr. Melnick also held several technology leadership roles at Marriott International and Pepsi-Cola International.

Mr. Tony Rogers has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Walmart U.S., Walmart China, and Chief Member Officer for Sam’s Club. Earlier he served as the Head of Tostitos Tortilla Chips brand at PepsiCo.

Ms. Colleen Rooney has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since September 2019. Prior to this, Ms. Rooney held Chief Communication Officer role at companies including Qurate Retail Group, HSN and Zulily. Earlier, she also served in key roles at GE, DuPont, NBCUniversal and Comcast.

Ms. Mary Liz Finn has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, Ms. Finn served as the Chairman of Finn Advisory Services, LLC from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nielsen from 2013 to 2016. Earlier, she worked for 26 years at General Electric.
