Mr. Mark Liu has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2013 to 2018; Co-Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President from 2012 to 2013. He also served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology Business. Earlier, he served as the President at Worldwide Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. Mr. Mark served as a Research Manager at AT&T Bell Laboratory from 1987 to 1993. From 1983 to 1987, he was a process integration manager at Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA.

Mr. C.C. Wei has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including President and Co-Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2018; Co-Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President from 2012 to 2013; Senior Vice President of Business Development from 2009 to 2012; Senior Vice President of Mainstream Technology Business. Prior to this, he also served as the Senior Vice President of technology at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd and Senior Manager of Logic and SRAM technology development at ST Microelectronics NV. Prior to that, he was a Member of Technical Staff at Texas Instruments R&D organization.

: Mr. Wendell Huang has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of the company. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Finance in 2019. He was responsible for Investment Management, Financial Planning, SEC Compliance, Customer Credit, Foreign Exchange Management, Financial Risk Management, and Funding & Cashier. Prior to this he served as the Vice President of Corporate Finance at ING Barings, Chase Manhattan Bank, Bankers Trust Company, Chemical Bank, and Bank of Boston. Mr. Huang joined the company in 1999.

Mr J.K. Lin has been serving as Senior Vice President-Information Technology and Materials Management and Risk Management, Chief Information Security Officer of the company. He also served as Vice President, Mainstream Fabs and Manufacturing Technology, TSMC and Senior Director, Mainstream Fabs, TSMC.

Ms. Kok-Choo Chen has been the company independent director since 2011. She held the position of Chairman at the National Performing Arts Center from 2014 to 2017 and served as an advisor to the R.O.C. Executive Yuan from 2009 to 2016. From 2003 to 2015, she was the Founder and Executive Director of Taipei Story House, and from 2017 to 2022, she served as the Founder and Executive Director of Museum 207. Currently, Ms. Chen holds the positions of Founder and Chair at Artspace K in Hong Kong, a role she has held since 2020. She is a director at the Republic of China Female Cancer Foundation. Ms. Chen previously worked as the company Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 1997 to 2001, accumulating over 24 years of experience in international law firms.
