Mr. Patrice Caine has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as a Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and the Chief Performance Officer of the company from 2013 to 2014. Earlier, he served as Technical Advisor of Energy for Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industry from 2000 to 2002. He also served on the Conseil General des Mines from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Caine served as the Head of mission for the Prefect of the Franche-Comte region of France and Director of the Industrial Development and Energy Division at DRIRE from 1995 to 1998.

Mr. Pascal Bouchiat is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the General Director of Finances and Information Systems of the company. Earlier he served as the Treasurer, Financial Controller, Director of Finance and Head of Management Control at Rhodia.

Mr. Jean-Loic Galle has been the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Performance Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Head of the Software Engineering Department at SFENA, the Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions at Sextant, and General Manager of the Military Avionics Business Line at Thales Avionics. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Thales Raytheon Systems France from 2003 to 2007. Earlier, he also served as the Senior Vice President of Air Operations, and Senior Vice President of Space at Thales.
