Mr. Raymond Bachand has been the Chairman of the company since 2021.Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Tourisme Montreal. Prior to this, Mr. Bachand served as the Director of National Bank of Canada. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Institut du Quebec. Prior to this, Mr. Bachand served as the Strategic Advisor of Norton Rose Fulbright. Prior to this, he served as the Minister of Revenue, Minister of Finance, Minister responsible for the Montreal region, Minister of Tourism, and Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade for Quebec National Assembly. Prior to this, Mr. Bachand served as the Director of Canadian Public Accountability Board, Fonds de solidarite FTQ, and Gaz Metropolitain. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Secor Conseil. Prior to this, Mr. Bachand served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Vice President of Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Québec. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Metro-Richelieu, and Culinar. Prior to this, Mr. Bachand served as the Special Secretary in the Office of the Premier of Quebec, and Chief of Staff to the Quebec Minister of Labour and Manpower.

Ms. Annick Guerard has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Previously she served as Chief Operating Officer of the company since November 2017. Prior to this, she served as the President and General Manager of Transat Tours Canada. Previously, she held various senior management roles at Air Transat, Jonview Canada and Transat Tours Canada. She also served as a Senior Advisor for Deloitte Consulting and Project Manager in the transportation industry.

Mr. Debbie Cabana has been the President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, Ms. Cabana served as the Director of Marketing, Public Relations and Social Media at Transat and Air Transat.

Mr. Jean-Francois Pruneau has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Starpax Biopharma. Mr. Jean-Francois Pruneau assumed several positions in the finance sector at Canadian National Railway, BCE Media, and Quebecor.

Mr. Joseph Adamo has been the President of Transat Distribution Canada and Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer of Transat Tours Canada since April 2017. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of TDC. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Marketing and E-Commerce at TTC. He served as Senior Director of TTC in 2011. Mr. Adamo served in various positions at Marketel/McCann-Erickson Ltd, TELUS Mobility, Bell Canada and the Yellow Pages Group.
