Mr. Matt Goldberg has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2022.Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, North America, and Global Operations at The Trade Desk. Previously, he served in various leadership roles in the digital content, media and entertainment, and travel industries, and in both B2B and direct-to-consumer models at companies such as Liberty Interactive Corp, News Corp, Lonely Planet, and Dow Jones.

Mr. Michael Noonan has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Noom, Inc. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President of Finance for Booking Holdings, Inc. Prior to this he served at RBC Capital Markets, NYSE Euronex, J.P. Morgan, and Bear Stearns & Co.

Mr. John Boris has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the U.S. business for Lonely Planet Americas.

Mr. Seth Kalvert has been the Chief Legal Officer and a Secretary of the company since 2011. he is responsible for all legal activities of Tripadvisor. Prior to this, he served as a General Counsel in August 2011 and held various leadership positions at Expedia, Inc., most recently as Vice President, Associate General Counsel since February 2006. Previously, he held various legal positions at IAC/InterActiveCorp in July 2001. He also held a business development role at a privately-held online social networking and e-commerce company and practiced law in the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP.
