Mr. Richard A. Hayne has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the President and principal executive officer of the company until 2012. He also worked as the President of the company until 2016. He co-founded Urban Outfitters in 1970 and the Chairman of the company since 1976.

Ms. Margaret A. Hayne has been the Co-President and a Director of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Chief Creative Officer of the company since November 2013. Prior to this, she worked as the Chief Executive Officer of free people from 2015 to 2020 and as the President from 2007 to 2016.

Ms. Melanie Marein-Efron has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Director of Corporate Development and Finance at the company. Previously, Ms. Marein-Efron held various senior finance roles at Campbell Soup Company, Godiva Chocolate, and General Motors. She also joined the company as the Director of Financial, Planning & Analysis in 2013.

Mr. Francis J. Conforti has been the Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Finance and SEC reporting in March 2007. He also served as the Controller and the Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Conforti worked as the Chief Executive Offer in April 2012. Earlier, he served for AlliedBarton Security Services, LLC as a Certified Public Accountant. He also held various audit roles at KPMG.

Mr. Dave Hayne has been the Chief Technology Officer and President of Nuuly of the company. He held various experience in operational areas including eCommerce and store operations, digital marketing, logistics, product management, engineering and analytics, as well as brand leadership roles at Free People.
