Mr. Stephen Billingham has been the Chairman of Urenco since January 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company from 2009 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Billingham served as the Chief Financial Officer of British Energy Group plc and WS Atkins plc; Treasurer of BICC plc and Severn Trent plc; Chairman of the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust; and held various finance positions in Burmah Oil plc and British Telecom plc. He also serves as the Chairman of Anglian Water Group Ltd and Punch Taverns plc and Director of Balfour Beatty plc.

Mr. Boris Schucht has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Urenco since May 2019. Previously, he served as the CEO of 50Hertz from 2010 to 2019; and held various senior executive positions within the energy sector across Europe, including WEMAG AG and the Vattenfall Group.

Mr. Ralf Ter Haar has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Urenco since 2014. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of NXP Semiconductors NV from 2009 to 2014; and CFO for Alcatel-Lucent’s Asia Pacific Region and its Global Head of Trade & Project Finance. Mr. Ralf held various positions in the investment banking division and international network with ABN AMRO.

Mr. Laurent Odeh has been the Chief Commercial Officer of Urenco since August 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director of New Business from 2017 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Odeh worked in finance, strategy and merger & acquisition, and commercial functions in aluminum, copper and uranium industries, particularly, he led Rio Tinto’s sales and marketing activities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa regions.
