Our Solution

GlobalData designed a world-class customized sales intelligence program for the client which included:

  • Sales Enablement Advisory Support: GlobalData experts and practitioners to design program architecture and roadmap, and define software and hosting requirement
  • Sales Enablement Content Development: Developed a library of interactive video simulations for executive level Personas. This program was intended for use by client’s Account Managers and Partners for demand creation
  • Competitive Intelligence Content Curation and Mobile App Delivery: GlobalData has been providing the client with competitive intelligence data as a part of its ongoing engagement. GlobalData developed and maintained a set of curated “views” of this intelligence, specific to the needs of the client’s sales teams which was delivered to client either via existing channels, or via a Telstra specific App developed by GlobalData

Outcome

Through this program, client was able to offer the right content, in the right form, at the right place, and right time for the sales team to utilize it. This in term helped client sales teams to conduct more pointed and meaningful discussions with its customers and thereby increased the sales funnel.
