The ING Bank NV; Macquarie Bank Ltd; Raiffeisen Bank International AG; Royal Bank Of Scotland International Limited-Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Ltd deal and the Barclays Bank Plc; Intesa Sanpaolo SpA-MarketFinance Ltd deal were valued at $435.7 million and $383.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Amro Partners; Anthemis Group; Entrepreneur First; Kibo Ventures; VentureFriends-Proportunity Ltd valued at $143.0 million, whereas the deal between Barclays Bank Plc; Natwest Bank Plc; Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp-Ki Financial Limited valued at $130.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,657.4 million and accounted for nearly 4.76% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
