Flame Broiler announces Dallas expansion with new franchise deal
Korean-inspired quick-service restaurant (QSR) franchise Flame Broiler has entered a multi-unit development agreement with seasoned franchisees in the Dallas area.
Flame Broiler has appointed Gregg Rotcher as its new vice-president of restaurant operations.
Rotcher, who joined the company in 2021 as director of operations, has been instrumental in strengthening the operation of corporate-owned outlets.
His new role will involve working closely with franchisees to ensure a robust business expansion plan.
Rotcher said: “I am honoured to take on the role of vice-president of restaurant operations at Flame Broiler.
“I've devoted my entire career to restaurant leadership and operations, and I'm thrilled to play a part in Flame Broiler's expansion and success. I'm eager to assist our franchise partners and empower them to reach their objectives."
The QSR franchise, which operates 125 units, is undergoing a revitalisation under the leadership of its president, Christian Lee.
After a five-year hiatus in expansion, the brand is now focusing on franchise growth, having enhanced its marketing, training, operational technology and supply chain to better support new franchise partners.
Lee said: “We are bolstering our restaurant support centre leadership team with experienced talent. Appointing Gregg to VP of restaurant operations is an important step in providing critical leadership and expertise to our system. We're confident Gregg will excel in his new position.”
Established in 1995, Flame Broiler currently operates in the US states of California, Arizona, Oklahoma, Florida and North Carolina.
