Posocco Construction Inc (PCI) is undertaking the development of Blue Barn Meadows Townhouse project in Pennsylvania, the US.The project involves the construction of 199 houses on a 4.45ha of land. It will include the construction of retail space, commercial space, access roads, and parking space and the installation of safety and security systems. The project is being developed in Three phases.The first phase of the project involves the construction of 91 townhomes.Schlouch Inc. has been appointed to provide the site preparatory works for the first phase of the project.In-house division of PCI is undertaking the construction works on the project. Kay Builders has been appointed as the construction contractor on the project to undertake half of the construction works.Site preparatory works for the first phase of the project has been completed in 2016.In February 2017, PCI secured the final permit for the project development.Pre-construction activities are underway for the first phase of the project.
