A consortium of eight universities (Universities of Bristol, Edinburgh, Essex, Lincoln, West of England, Lancaster University, Queen Mary University of London) led by the University of Birmingham (UoB) is planning to build the NCNR facility in the UK.The project involves the construction of an NCNR facility. It includes the construction of research facilities, laboratories, an administrative space and parking facilities.Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) will provide US$1.3 million fund.Planning activities are underway. Construction is expected to complete by April 2021.
