The foodservice profit sector generated MXN1.9 trillion ($98.6 billion) in value sales in 2025 across 777,101 outlets and 17,380 million transactions, recording a value CAGR of 17.4% over 2020–25.
QSR was the largest channel with a 38% value share in 2025, followed by FSR at 32.3%; together they accounted for more than 70% of the profit sector’s value.
During 2025–30, the profit sector is forecast to deliver a value CAGR of 5.9%, reaching MXN2.5 trillion ($130.5 billion) in 2030, with transactions and outlets rising at CAGRs of 2.2% and 0.4%, respectively.
