It includes the construction of a street mall, service suites, corporate suites, water parks, hotels, a MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) center, a resort mall and other related facilities.In September 2014, SLSB secured a 28.3ha land for a lease period of 90 years for US$9.6 million.Construction works are underway.
