Agoda is increasing its presence in Europe, the US, and other markets. Job postings outside APAC more than doubled in Q1 2022, finds GlobalData, a leading data and analytics company. Agoda is expanding operations by identifying new supplies and product offerings. The company has posted roles across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Africa, while also strengthening its operations in APAC.
Agoda is building its product portfolio. The company has launched ‘Beds Network,’ a B2B initiative expected to help the company in on-boarding properties worldwide and to distribute them at wholesale rates. Business development, account management and data analyst hirings are in place to drive business. Additionally, the company is looking at ‘Customer Experience Specialist (Flights)’ to develop a new customer service team supporting Flights product.
The company is localizing strategies for business development in APAC. ‘Greater China Senior Manager/Associate Director of Strategy & Innovation’ role shows for growth opportunities in China along with other job postings targeting North Asia are expected to help in business consolidation. Agoda is growing its supply networks in Middle East and Africa (MEA) countries such as Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Saudi Arabia. It is also expanding operations across Europe, and the US.
