Against this backdrop, Tatiana Prowell and Vincent Rajkumar have emerged as the most influential oncology experts based on the Global Score among the top 20 experts during the first half (H1) of 2023, reveals the Social Media Analytics Platform of GlobalData, a leading data and analytics company.

Tatiana Prowell, an American medical oncologist and expert in the field of breast cancer, shared mostly updates on topics like breast cancer, clinical trial, neoplasm and chemotherapy. She had a Global Score of 96 in H1 2023. One of her most popular tweets on oncology during H1 2023 was:

Vincent Rajkumar, Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic, with a global score of 96, mostly tweets about topics like multiple myeloma, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, myeloma cast nephropathy, and neoplasm. Rajkumar also supervises clinical, epidemiological, and experimental research on myeloma and associated diseases.

One of his most popular tweets on oncology: “4/ In suspected newly diagnosed myeloma presenting with acute renal failure: if the serum FLC level is >150mg/dl it’s presumed light chain cast nephropathy.  Renal biopsy not needed in most situations.”
