Goldman Sachs advised on five billion-dollar deals (≥ $1 billion) that also included one deal valued more the $50 billion. Meanwhile, Ernst & Young advised on three billion-dollar deals.”
An analysis of GlobalData’s Financial Deals Database reveals that Citi occupied the second position by value by advising on $72.7 billion worth of deals, followed by JP Morgan with $68.7 billion, Credit Suisse with $67.6 billion and Morgan Stanley with $62.8 billion.
Meanwhile, Avendus Capital occupied the second position in terms of volume with 20 deals, followed by Goldman Sachs with 17 deals, UBS with 16 deals and Yuanhe Capital with 13 deals.
