Pamiparib in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) Drug Details:
Pamiparib is an anti-neoplastic agent. It is formulated as capsules for oral route of administration. Pamiparib is indicated for the treatment of patients with germline BRCA mutation-associated recurrent advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who have been treated with two or more lines of chemotherapy. Pamiparib (BGB-290) is under development for the treatment of advanced or metastatic adenocarcinoma of the stomach or gastro esophageal junction, relapsed or refractory solid tumors including recurrent glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), cervical cancer, bile duct cancer, peripheral nerve sheath cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, triple negative breast cancer, metastatic HR positive and HER2 negative breast cancer, non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer, squamous non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, esophageal cancer, leiomyosarcoma, undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, dedifferentiated liposarcoma, myxofibrosarcoma, primary peritoneal cancer, fallopian cancer, metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), high-grade glioma, low-grade glioma, small-cell lung cancer and pancreatic cancer. The drug candidate is administered orally. It targets the enzymes poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 and 2 (PARP-1 and PARP-2).It was also under development for gastric cancer and metastatic or unresectable renal cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, transitional cell cancer (urothelial cell cancer), muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC), metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas, cervical cancer, bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma),endometrial cancer, ureter cancer, urethral cancer.
Report Coverage
The data is segmented by drug name per indication and shows the current likelihood of approval for the drug compared to the indication benchmark and the industry benchmark.
The Likelihood of Approval data is updated regularly based on events that take place which impact the clinical development process and regulatory considerations. GlobalData’s proprietary machine learning models consider these events in real time, to produce quantitative changes to the LOA and PTSR along with qualitative reasoning why the likelihood of approval has changed.

GlobalData’s Drug-Specific Likelihood of Approval (LoA) calculates the Phase Transition Success Rate (PTSR) and Likelihood of Approval (LoA) customized to individual drug. The model uses a combination of Machine Learning (ML) and a GlobalData proprietary algorithm to process data points from the Drugs, Clinical Trials, Regulatory Milestones, Company, and Financial databases.
