The number of active job postings in the Aerospace and Defense sector of United Kingdom decreased by 11.32% MoM, and decreased by 28.22% since October 2023, reaching 2,727 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 590 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 10.2% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 938 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 14.34% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 53.14% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 8.4%

Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 896, number of jobs closed stood at 1,106 and number of active jobs stood at 3,278.
