The number of active Technology related job postings in the Global Agriculture and Forestry Sector decreased by 8.23% MoM, and decreased by 17.69% since October 2023, reaching 3,914 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 961 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 11.51% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 1,312 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 0.23% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 27.31% and the number of Technology related jobs closed increased by 6.32%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 10.09%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 6.28% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 2.06%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 1,219, number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 1,407 and number of active Technology related jobs stood at 4,355.
