The second-largest deal was between Mirae Asset Management Co., Ltd. and London Electrics, while the third-largest deal was between Access Industries Inc; Baron Capital Group, Inc.; Federated Hermes Kaufmann Fund; Mubadala Capital; Putnam Investments LLC; Stellantis NV; United Airlines Holdings Inc and Archer Aviation Inc. The Mirae Asset Management Co., Ltd.-London Electrics deal and the Access Industries Inc; Baron Capital Group, Inc.; Federated Hermes Kaufmann Fund; Mubadala Capital; Putnam Investments LLC; Stellantis NV; United Airlines Holdings Inc-Archer Aviation Inc deal were valued at $1,032.0 million and $600.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Siemens Financial Services GmbH; Volkswagen AG-Electrify America LLC valued at $450.0 million, whereas the deal between General Motors Co; Guangzhou Automobile Group Co Ltd-Momenta.ai; Shanghai Didi Woya Technology Co., Ltd valued at $300.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $4,714.3 million and accounted for nearly 16.01% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, North America accounted for 48.19% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $14,156.5 million, which accounted for 29.03% of the total deal size on a global scale.
