The number of active Connectivity related job postings in the Global Automotive Sector increased by 3.73% MoM, and decreased by 5.33% since October 2023, reaching 835 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 155 new Connectivity related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 74.16% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 125 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 14.97% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Connectivity related jobs posted decreased by 4.91% and the number of Connectivity related jobs closed decreased by 17.22%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Connectivity related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 1.66%, the number of active Connectivity related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 1.81% and the number of Connectivity related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 6.1%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Connectivity related jobs posted stood at 136, number of Connectivity related jobs closed stood at 145 and number of active Connectivity related jobs stood at 846.
