The number of active job postings in the Automotive sector of Italy increased by 2.56% MoM, and decreased by 1.87% since October 2023, reaching 681 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 147 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 8.89% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 130 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 0.76% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 9.26% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 40.37%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 3.19%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 0.63% and the number of jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 15.83%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 150, number of jobs closed stood at 167 and number of active jobs stood at 674.
