The number of active job postings in the Automotive sector of Poland decreased by 0.79% MoM, and decreased by 13.67% since October 2023, reaching 1,124 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 216 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 22.3% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 225 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 38.52% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 46.13% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 54.55%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 18.64%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 4.78% and the number of jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 23.11%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 324, number of jobs closed stood at 392 and number of active jobs stood at 1,195.
