The number of active Technology related job postings in the Automotive sector of United States increased by 0.35% MoM, and decreased by 7.31% since October 2023, reaching 19,446 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 5,309 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 45.49% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 5,241 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 0.38% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 29.13% and the number of Technology related jobs closed decreased by 40.37%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 10.84%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 2.5% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 15.83%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 5,348, number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 6,056 and number of active Technology related jobs stood at 20,198.
