On the other hand, the month of November 2021 was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 9 deals, resulting in an average deal value of $26.3 million during that month.

The fourth-largest deal was between Accel; Apurva Doshi; Mukesh Bansal; Paras Sanghvi; South Park Commons; Temasek Investments, Inc.; Zomato Ltd-Diverse Retails Pvt Ltd valued at $145.0 million, whereas the deal between CE Ventures UAE; Lightbox Ventures; Zinnia Investment Advisers Pvt. Ltd.-Kieraya Furnishing Solutions Pvt Ltd valued at $140.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.

  • Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,205.0 million and accounted for nearly 61.26% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
