The number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings driven by Artificial Intelligence in the Business and Consumer Services sector of the Europe region decreased by 6.36% MoM, and decreased by 3.11% since October 2023, reaching 2,620 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 513 new Artificial Intelligence related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 31.69% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 691 Artificial Intelligence related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 22.71% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted decreased by 34.4% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed decreased by 8.48%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 13.11%, the number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 1.05% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 2.91%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted stood at 746, the average number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed stood at 760 and the average number of active Artificial Intelligence related jobs stood at 2,765.
