Of the 51 deals, the deal secured between Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec; DWS Group GmbH & Co KgaA and ERMEWA Group SA, was the largest Private Equity/Venture Financing deal in the France Business and Consumer Services sector, which was valued at $3,730.0 million and was completed on October 25, 2021. The second-largest deal was between Ardian SA and Artefact SA, while the third-largest deal was between 3i European Operational Projects Fund; Banque des Territoires; Mirova Eurofideme 4 and NEoT Green Mobility. The Ardian SA-Artefact SA deal and the 3i European Operational Projects Fund; Banque des Territoires; Mirova Eurofideme 4-NEoT Green Mobility deal were valued at $163.4 million and $92.8 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Eurazeo SA; WiiSmile SAS - Management Team-WiiSmile SAS valued at $73.0 million, whereas the deal between Providence Strategic Growth Capital Partners L.L.C.-MyPassPro valued at $51.4 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $4,110.6 million and accounted for nearly 89.08% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
