The fourth-largest deal was between HVCapital; molten ventures; Signals Venture Capital; Sofina SA; SoftBank Vision Fund 2; SpeedInvest Gmbh; SVB Capital-Coachhub GmbH valued at $200.0 million, whereas the deal between Permira IP Ltd-GlobalWebIndex valued at $180.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.

  • Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,379.05 million and accounted for nearly 27.02% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, North America accounted for 64.41% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $3,287.7 million, which accounted for 43.48% of the total deal size on a global scale.
