The second-largest deal was between Plum Wood Investment Ltd; Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd and ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between Deepinder Goyal; General Atlantic LLC; Mirae Asset Global Investments Co Ltd; Ritesh Agarwal; SoftBank Vision Fund II; Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd; Tiger Global Management LLC and Sorting Hat Technologies Pvt Ltd. The Plum Wood Investment Ltd; Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd-ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd deal and the Deepinder Goyal; General Atlantic LLC; Mirae Asset Global Investments Co Ltd; Ritesh Agarwal; SoftBank Vision Fund II; Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd; Tiger Global Management LLC-Sorting Hat Technologies Pvt Ltd deal were valued at $500.0 million and $440.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Government of Singapore; Norges Bank; SBI Mutual Fund; Smaller Cap World Fund; Wf Asian Smaller Companies Fund Ltd-Max Healthcare Institute Ltd valued at $435.9 million, whereas the deal between ADQ; Blackstone Inc; Eric Yuan; IIFL Finance Ltd; Maitri EdTech Special Opportunities Fund LLC; Phoenix Rising Beacon Holdings; UBS Group AG-Think and Learn Pvt Ltd valued at $350.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,525.9 million and accounted for nearly 45.99% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
