The fourth-largest deal was between Educational Testing Service; Lupa Systems-UpGrad Education Pvt Ltd valued at $225.0 million, whereas the deal between Gem Global Yield Fund Inc.-Instoried Research Labs Pvt Ltd valued at $200.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,015.0 million and accounted for nearly 67.14% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
