Ltd.; Eruditus Learning Solutions Pte., Ltd., was the largest Private Equity/Venture Financing deal in the Singapore Business and Consumer Services sector, which was valued at $650.0 million and was completed on August 12, 2021. The second-largest deal was between Pavilion Capital Pte Ltd; Square Peg Capital Pty Ltd; Tiger Global Management LLC; Wellington Management Company LLP; Whale Rock Capital Management LLC and Rokt Pte Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between Apricus Global Pte. Ltd and Boardroom Limited. The Pavilion Capital Pte Ltd; Square Peg Capital Pty Ltd; Tiger Global Management LLC; Wellington Management Company LLP; Whale Rock Capital Management LLC-Rokt Pte Ltd deal and the Apricus Global Pte. Ltd-Boardroom Limited deal were valued at $325.0 million and $230.9 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Owl Ventures LP; Sequoia Capital India; Shunwei Capital Partners-Lingoace Academy Inc valued at $105.0 million, whereas the deal between ShawKwei & Partners-CR Asia Pte., Limited valued at $101.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,960.9 million and accounted for nearly 72.70% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
