The fourth-largest deal was between RiverStone Energy LP; SOL Global Investments Corp-Common C Holdings LP; Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corp III (Inactive) valued at $20.0 million, whereas the deal between Alset EHome-DSS Inc valued at $17.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
